We hand pick our mentors and accept only the top 20% of applicants. They are not only esteemed professionals but diverse individuals themselves, kind and giving individuals who have the depth of empathy required to advise, teach, and inspire.
Our mentors pass on their knowledge through one-on-one coffee chats, office hours, intimate mentor-led gatherings, or skill workshops. We believe that our mentors should enrich the mentee experience through as many channels as possible.
BY 2020, WE HOPE TO PUSH 2 Million WOMEN & Professionals of Color TO NEW HEIGHTS IN LEADERSHIP, ENTREPRENEURSHIP, and TECHNOLOGY BY POSITIONING THEM FOR KEY ROLES AND ELIMINATING THEIR PAY GAPS.
